This product should be handled with care. To ensure it retains its shape, avoid overfilling it.

Avoid prolonged contact with cosmetics, perfume, chemical substances and materials that could transfer colour onto it.

If the leather becomes dirty or wet, gently wipe the affected area with a soft, light coloured cotton cloth. Do not use soap or solvents.

To keep your bag looking its best, we recommend keeping it dry, avoiding exposure to extreme heat, and applying a leather conditioner from time to time.

Store your bag vertically inside the dust bag provided. Roll the shoulder strap when not in use and ensure the handles are not folded.

Once your product has been shipped, it usually takes 2 to 10 business days depending on your destination.

You can return your products up to 10 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not used, washed or damaged and have the tags, packaging and dust bag intact.
