Lifetime Warranty
Since inception, our mission has been to create leather goods of such exceptional quality that they last a lifetime. We're confident in the craftsmanship, materials, and designs we offer, which is why we back them with a lifetime warranty against any defects in materials or workmanship.
Please note: Softening of the handbag shape due to regular use is normal and is not considered a defect; therefore, we cannot offer repairs for this issue.
Warranty
Feronia specializes in creating premium leather products that stand out for their exceptional look, feel, and durability. We offer a lifetime warranty that covers repairs or replacements for functional damages that hinder product use, as well as any defects in material, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use.
Functional damages include:
- Faulty products
- Undone stitching
- Zipper is stuck or not properly installed
- Unlatching of handles or metalwork
- Issues with buttons
The leather we use in our products is of the finest quality, known for its strength and durability. With proper care, it ages beautifully. However, our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages from improper use or cuts during use as these issues cannot be repaired.
Damage caused by water, salt, hear, oil, cosmetics, pen marks or alcohol are not covered in the warranty. Also, scratched leather and wear & tear damages fall out of scope of the Lifetime Warranty.
Damage resulting from accidents and issues arising from overloading or improper storage within the bag are not covered.
Your satisfaction is of immense value to us and faults which fall inside the scope of warranty will be considered and addressed as soon as possible. Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case by case basis with a valid proof of purchase from www.feronia.in.
For issues which do not fall inside the scope of warranty, we would still be happy to repair your product in nominal charges subject to availability of the same leather & fittings. However, merchandise repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for any repairs.

For repairs which fall under the scope of warranty, all expenses are on us. We cover shipping costs as well if the warranty is claimed within 1 year of purchase.
For repairs outside the scope of warranty, all expenses including shipping are covered by the customer.
