Return Policy
Feronia accepts returns exclusively for products purchased directly through our online store within 7 days from the receipt of your item. Returns do not apply to items bought from any other sources. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return request.
Please note:
- Returns are not accepted for international orders at the moment.
- Personalized or customized products are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
- All returned products undergo thorough quality testing and inspection to be eligible for return.
Frequently Asked Questions
The original purchaser can arrange a free exchange or return of any item bought through our website. In order to process the exchange or return, please drop us a mail at support@feronia.in along with the reason for return/exchange and attach pictures of the issue if possible. We will respond to your email within 2 days with further instructions and request necessary details. If the return is accepted, we will arrange the reverse pickup.
Please be aware that all returned merchandise will be carefully inspected to ensure it meets our Terms of Sale. Once verified, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to the original payment mode used for the purchase. Return shipments are provided at no cost to you.
Your product is eligible for exchange or return if it meets the below terms of sale:
- The product has been bought through our online store and no other sources.
- The return or exchange request has been placed within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item is in its original condition - unworn, unused, all tags and stickers intact and in the original packaging.
- You have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- The item is not personalized or customized in any manner whatsoever.
We respect your choices and would be delighted to exchange your bought product for another item if you wish to. In order to process an exchange, please drop us a mail at support@feronia.in and we shall process the request.
If the price of the current item is more than the one which you want to exchange it for, you'd have to pay the differential amount. Likewise, we would refund the differential amount if its of lesser value than of the current item.
Please note that exchanges will only be processed if it meets all our eligibility criteria and clear our quality testing and inspection.
In the unlikely event of receiving a wrong or a defective product, we request you to place an exchange request within 2 days of the receipt of the product. We guarantee an exchange in case of such a mishap.
Please note that any request for return or exchange will not be entertained after 2 days of receiving the product and would be denied refund.
As soon as your returned item is received & inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, the purchase amount will be credited to your mode of payment within 6-7 working days.
In case your return is rejected, we will ship the item back to you at the earliest.
