All our products are crafted in Kolkata, India. New developments & designs are directly overseen by our founder and the creative team. We draw inspiration from nature and our customers' feedback. Our craftsmen pour their 20+ years of expertise & experience in luxury leather goods to bring the idea into reality.
While most of our products are made completely from 100% genuine leather, we also blend in other materials like canvas and nylon for some of our designs.
We use different types of leather like smooth, grained & suede to name a few. All our skins are sourced from different LWG Certified tanneries for a better respect of the environment as well as optimal quality.

All FERONIA products have a lifetime service warranty during which we cover repairs related to a manufacturing defect. This warranty applies to product materials and construction under responsible use.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use of our products, wear and aging of natural materials (leather, brass, cotton, etc.).
Repairs take an average of 2 to 4 weeks.
If you wish to send your bag for repair, we invite you to send an email to support@feronia.in explaining the desired repair and, if possible, attaching photographs. Our team will then get back to you shortly.

All our items are exclusive limited editions, with only 270 pieces crafted per design. Each piece is individually numbered from 001 to 270 in the order of its creation. The items featured in our images are marked with ‘000,’ representing our original prototypes that remain a cherished part of our collection. Your piece will bear its own unique number within the 001 to 270 series.
Yes, only on items from the 'small leather goods' collection. All personalized products cannot be exchanged/refunded.

Orders & Shipping
Our merchandise are exclusively available through our website. We have no FERONIA resellers or outlets.
FERONIA accepts payments through all major debit cards and credit cards for online purchases: Visa, Mastercard & American Express. Secure UPI payments are also accepted.
We strictly follow all RBI guidelines with regards to online payments.
Our master artisans craft each piece to order, ensuring that no bag is made in advance.
In general, it takes up to 5 days to craft and ship your order.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with an online tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website.
Depending on your location, the expected delivery time is 2-5 business days after we ship the order.
This delivery service is offered free of charge by FERONIA.
We are pleased to offer gift cards for purchase on our website, available in a range of amounts at the time of purchase. Please note, the Feronia gift card is exclusively valid for use on our site.
The gift card is exclusively redeemable on our website. You will receive an email confirmation of your order, which includes both a discount code and a QR code.
To use the gift card, simply add your items to the cart, and at checkout, enter the code in the "Gift Card or Promo Code" section. The available balance on the card will be automatically deducted from your total.
If the value of your purchase is less than your gift card balance, the remaining amount will be automatically credited back to your card. You will have 6 months from the date of purchase to use the remaining balance on our website.
Currently, FERONIA products are only available in India.
Returns & Exchanges
You have the option to return, free of charge, any product ordered within 7 days of its date of receipt.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety (boxes, accessories, covers, labels, booklets, etc.) and in its original packaging, and all tags intact. Please do not leave the shoulder straps or straps attached to the bag and put them back inside the bag before shipping.
We recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund.
FERONIA offers exchanges for products of equal or lesser value within 7 days of its date of receipt.
